The sandwiches were great and the customer service was excellent. This is definitely one of the best locations. The staff was friendly, and everything was made quickly and tasted fresh. I will definitely be coming back.

The food is excellent! Probably the best cookies I've had at any place with a drive thru. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because you close at 9 PM. Even on Friday and Saturday. Take a look sometime at the lines late at night on the weekend. You're missing out on 2-3 more hours of service. It would be nice to have a fourth late night drive thru option in Hartford!

Absolutely horrible! Recieved a gift card from my daughter for Christmas and wanted to treat myself to dinner. Bad idea! They don't have delivery drivers anymore, they use Uber or Doordash. In the app it said my order would be here by 6:30pm, perfect! No one called me to tell me that after an HOUR after I ordered my food it still wouldn't be picked up to be delivered. I called and the girl was unhelpful, said the order now got pushed to a later time. I canceled the order and she said it "should" get refunded on my giftcard! What!?! Then told me the manager would be in tomorrow if the refund isn't on my giftcard! Perfect, looks like I'm making a unnecessary stop before I come into work!!! HAPPY NEW YEAR! Needless to say I won't be calling my order in and if I want something delivered, I'm getting Pizza!

My favorite sub franchise. Fast, simple and delicious. Free smells. Lots of indoor and patio seating.

I just purchased $50 worth of subs for my family. As we start to eat the subs we noticed the lettuce is rotting!! I usually don’t complain but for this kind of money these employees should know better!! Very disappointed we had to throw all of them in the garbage! Gross
